Offer Code Construct

The Prime Offer Code is a OOB blueprint CX designed to allow 3P Partners a way to seamlessly integrate with Amazon Prime. A verified Prime member can access the Prime Offer Code via an Amazon-owned landing page which generates a unique numeric code, QR code, or barcode that the customer can share for scanning at the retail store POS (Point of Sale) to receive a Prime member exclusive 3P benefit. This code can also be leveraged to share relevant Prime member information when necessary to redeem a benefit (e.g. redeem a 3P membership/subscription). Finally, the Prime Offer Code can be used directly as an online coupon code if a 3P has the ability to create an API call to Amazon via online checkout process. There are two versions of offer code constructs

  • Transactional Offer Code
  • Account Linking Offer Code
